Writing can make you feel good
The BRAIN BLOGGER has a nice post on the therapeutic impact of keeping a diary or journal. This is not new news to folks who have been doing this for years-but it is nice to have some research comfirmarion. I often wonder if my blogging provides a similar benefit. Hmmmm.
